Are there any long term commitments?

No, you can cancel or suspend your subscription at any time. You even keep your reward points for when you come back.

What if I am not home on Sunday afternoon?

Our drivers will leave your box near the front door, or according to your special delivery instructions. We always have contactless delivery.

What if I have a picky eater?

We know that some kids are particular about what they want for lunch, so we’ve offered as many options as possible. Be sure to check the menu options for things like ‘Plain Cheese Sandwich’ or ‘Crackers and Cheese’, or perhaps the ‘Mini Pizza’ or ‘Mini Quiche’ will work.

Additionally, you can customize the snacks we send as well as the main items! When you build your menu order, choose a ‘Snack Substitution’ – you could try ‘All Crunchy’ or ‘No Produce’ for example, to help ensure your child receives items they will love.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is currently free within our service areas.

How do I earn Reward Points?

You earn Reward Points when you start your subscription, on your weekly orders, by leaving a review, or by referring your friends. Points can be redeemed for Free Lunch bags at any time.

What about dietary restrictions?

We never send peanuts. If you have other dietary preferences you can indicate them using the ‘Special Instructions’ box when you place your order. As well, all of our lunches use healthy options so you can feel confident your child’s nutritional needs are being met.

Do you deliver to my area?

Check the Delivery Area page for current information. we are always expanding into new areas so check back if your area isn’t covered yet.

Do I need to refrigerate the lunch bags?

If you have Snacks only plan, then no. If you get the Full Lunch, you will receive a bag that does not have to be refrigerated and a bag that does – generally the ‘main’ item needs to be refrigerated, like sandwiches.

How do I earn Reward Points?

You’ll automatically start earning points on your first order. You’ll get a bonus for signing up, then each week earn points on your renewal. If you leave a review you’ll get Bonus Points. And your referrals earn you Reward Points as well!

What is the referral system?

Every subscriber has a referral code. When your friends sign up using this code, you’ll receive Reward Points equal to 5% of their order every week. Sign up 20 friends and your subscription will be free!

How do I redeem Reward Points?

You can redeem your points for discounts on any order. Use every week or save up, it’s up to you! Simply log into your account to view your balance and use the Apply Points button.

Is there any limit to my Reward Points?

No! You can save up as many points as you want, for as long as you want!

What if I pause my subscription?

As long as you don’t delete your account you will retain your Reward Points. You can pause or change your subscription any time with no penalty.

Do I my Reward Points ever expire?

Your Reward Points will never expire. You can use them whenever you please.

How do I leave a review?

Simple go to the Plans page, click the plan you are subscribed to, and at the bottom of the page you’ll be able to leave your review. You can only review the plan you are subscribed to. After leaving a review you’ll be given bonus Reward Points!
