This simple sandwich will ensure a good mix of protein and carbs to keep your child full. We have a variety of meats and cheeses to keep it interesting – ham, chicken, turkey, salami, cheddar, mozza, swiss… the options are endless.
We build these on whole wheat bread with two slices of cheese and two slices of meat – no veggies.
A good choice for Monday – Wednesday lunches.
